Radio-Quiet: RXJ J17366+7205 (NOT CONFIRMED -- we'll likely drop), 1ES 0206+522, MARK 1040, SDSS J16050+4526 (Halpha line ok, but Hbeta not, reddened, lower priority?), MARK 885
Radio-Loud (in general higher priority, but don't skip a bright, easy, rapidly varying radio-quiet target!): 4U 0241+61, RGB J1738+324 (blazar?), IRAS 17490+2659, 4C 74.26, B3 1702+457, 3C 382.0, NGC 1275 (micro-blazar?), Markarian 6 (repeat), 3C 120 (south, repeat), 3C 390.3 (way north! repeat), PG 2209+184 (south), PG 2349-014 (south, higher z)
Flux standard stars: Feige 34, BD+284211, G191B2B, HZ 44. Feige 34 and HZ 44 are spring/summer standards, while BD 284211 and G 191B2B are more fall and winter.
Spectroscopic observing tips: Use EW slit (position angle 90 degrees), 10 arcsecond width. Use only the above standard stars (start of night, Feige 34 is ok, but better is end of night BD 284211 available all summer and fall), 2x2 minutes, at least once per night. Arclamp: observe with narrow slit (1 arcsecond) at start or end of night.
To do: Positions/z/observability dates from WY. Luminosity to predict time lags (and sampling interval). Integration times. B, V light curves, Hbeta/Halpha light curves.
