Just one comment on your paper.  If you haven't already submitted, perhaps 
in Section 3.4 on the optical spectroscopy, you can indicate at the end of 
the first paragraph that the SINGS optical spectroscopy and emission-line 
measurements (fluxes, EWs, etc.) will be presented in Moustakas et al. 
(2006, in preparation).  The Moustakas & Kennicutt (2006) reference 
describes the observing technique we used for my thesis, but not the SINGS 
data themselves.
