University of Wyoming
Support from our friends and alumni make the educational and scientific community in our department something special. Consider the ways in which gifts to the Physics & Astronomy Department change the lives of students and place Wyoming on the national science scene.
  • Four gifts of $25 or a gift of $100 provide a book scholarship to deserving undergraduate students
  • A gift of $100 or more provides an "emergency relief" fund for students in special financial hardship due to tragedy or family emergency
  • A gift of $500 provides a partial tuition scholarship for a student with outstanding academic achievement
  • A gift of $10,000 or more can endow a named annual scholarship given to top students.
  • Gifts of $100,000 or more can provide a named graduate student or undergraduate fellowship in Physics or Astronomy. Such generosity can also leave a lasting legacy in the form of an educational laboratory or a specialized scientific apparatus that pushes back the frontiers of knowledge. Ask about other ways to help secure the future of Physics & Astronomy at the University of Wyoming.
